Water reservoirs on the Yellow Hill

An experience like from another world of long gone civilizations or computer games is offered by the Yellow Hill Water Reservoirs. The construction of the brick ones was completed in 1872 and two concrete ones were added at the turn of the 19th and 20th century. Their activity was terminated in 1997. To some they remind one of Istanbul's Yerebatan cisterns, to others of mysterious underground cathedrals.
