The complex, composed around two open courtyards, is divided into summer and winter baths, which form a single architectural and urbanistic unit with a common entrance. The building was completed in 1932 according to the design of architect Bohuslav Fuchs. At the end of the 1990s, the outdoor baths were reconstructed and now serve as a public bathing area. The winter spa building is closed.
