The complex was built on the site of the former factory of the same name, whose buildings were gradually demolished due to their disrepair. The office park consists of several separate buildings and includes the reconstructed neo-Renaissance Bochner Palace. The buildings are grouped around an inner courtyard, which also forms a communication axis between Dornych, Přízova and Mlýnská streets.
