Spielberk was designed by Brno-based studio RAW to offer different types of buildings to suit different types of companies. Each of the five villas offers a stylish Class A business address. All villas have a Dutch brick façade, a large roof terrace and their asymmetrical location along the lake, overlooking Peter and Paul Cathedral, adds to their genius loci.
