The ground-floor and multi-storey pressing plants of Šatov cellars are growing through the whole town, the wine centre with architecturally and structurally valuable cellars is formed by Sklepní and Zimní streets. Most of the buildings are built of burnt bricks on stone foundations, some of the pressing plants are built of stone and clay or the rarely preserved technology of stacked clay masonry.
